My guess is a lamp shade with the ribbon as the pull chain.....maybe??? Can't wait to see exactly what it is! Looks cute!!!

I first thought of a lampshade too.
my first thought was a lampshade -- maybe a decorative cone of some sort? it could be the bottom "hem" of a paper angel....
I'm thinking a birthday hat too.
Lampshade went through my mind first and then some kind of skirt for a doll or angel...can't wait to find out what it is. I love Junkitz stuff so can't wait to see all of your creations with their products!
Party Hat! I thought lampshade at first, but then looked closer and definitely thought party hat!
